AMRAP in 1 min of 50lb. Sandbag Turkish Get Ups x 4 (twice for each side)
50lb. Sandbag Front Squat, 5 reps per side
80m 70lb. Sandbag Zercher Carry
This pic doesn’t do Alyson’s front squat justice. She’s got great depth and a strong ascent out of the hole. Well done, Alyson!

Partnered workout. While partner was completing rx’d repetitions, partner was holding a front plank.
3 rounds of:
7 50# sandbag push presses*
14 50# sandbag shoulderings, alternated*
21 PVC thrusters
*Women use 20s.
