Fight Gone Bad

2 rounds, 2 minutes rest between rounds

15s rest between 1 minute of each of the following:

box jumps
sandbag thrusters
sandbag sumodeadlifthighpulls
sandbag pushpress
sandbag bent over rows

25 for ladies, 50 for guys

Clean and Jump

10-9-8…1 Reps of:

Full Squat Clean (75lbs. for guys, 50lbs. for gals)
Vertical Jump to a chosen point

Saturday with the Sled

In teams of four complete:

25m of broad jumps
200m run
120 squats
200m run
120 pushups
200m run

You cannot move on to the next segment until your entire team has completed the previous one. The team that finishes first gets more rest before the face-off.

Sled Drag Face Off : pull sled for 15s intervals on and off for 5 minutes.

The team that drags the sled furthest away from the starting point wins…sorta (sorry, guys!)

AMRAP in 15 minutes (alternating full rounds with a partner):

Drag sled (+90lbs.) 50m.
Remove 45lb. plates and farmer’s walk 100m.

Repeat.

Dan and Mike got 12 very nice looking rounds in 15:05. They’ll be looking to beat that number in a few weeks.
