Remove 45lb. plates and farmer’s walk 100m.
Dan and Mike got 12 very nice looking rounds in 15:05. They’ll be looking to beat that number in a few weeks.

Sled-drag to first marker a 115lb. sled
Remove 45lbs. from sled and squat 5x
Sled-drag remainder to second marker
Remove 45lbs. from sled and row 10x
Sled-drag remainder to third marker
Remove 25lbs. from sled and press 15x
Pull Sled for 25 meters.
