It’s always harder than it looks.

3 Rounds with as much rest as needed between rounds:

Sled-drag to first marker a 115lb. sled
Remove 45lbs. from sled and squat 5x
Sled-drag remainder to second marker
Remove 45lbs. from sled and row 10x
Sled-drag remainder to third marker
Remove 25lbs. from sled and press 15x

Pull Sled for 25 meters.

2 Rounds of 5-12 Reps of:

Single Leg Squats
Weighted Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts
Ring Rows
Pushups
Planks and Side Planks
