Some things you should do in the New Year:
1. Definitely begin Crossfitting like a “REAL” Crossfitter. Make an effort to try 3 days on 1 day off for at least 2 weeks at some point this year and eat a primal diet. You can take the heat – and you’ll love it. We promise.
2. Please talk to Steve about new rates for 2009!
3. Put your order in for a Crossfit Tribe sweatshirt by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your size and whether or not you’d like your name added.
