Diamonds = Knees to elbows

Spades = Alternating jumping lunges

Hearts = Squats

Clubs = Push ups

Jokers = Run 400m

Note:  This wod to be done in partners, teams or individuals depending on skill level.

Each numbered card is face value, aces are 11, and face cards are 10.
