CrossFit Blackhawk 66 and CrossFit Apex are teaming up with Brad McKee on February 5, 2011 in order to raise money for the Disposable Heroes Project.  Brad McKee will be flying up to host the Disposable Heroes WOD/fundraiser:

40m Walking Lunges
25 Knees to Elbows
