WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Saturday 2/19

Teams of 4 – 15 Minute AMRAP:
 
3,2,1 GO…Each member of the team starts by completing 5 Burpees then goes on to their individual station -
 
Station 1 – 200 M Run
Station 2 – Wallballs (20/14)
Station 3 – Deadlifts (225/135)
Station 4 – DB Push Press (45/25)
 
Every 3 minutes instructor will yell out, BURPEES or 3 MINUTES and each member of the team drops and does 5 Burpees.
 
Team rotates stations when the teammate running 200m comes back in from the run.  Score is total reps/runs, keep running total of total runs and reps per station and total it up.
