Every Sunday at 10am:  Endurance Wod’s held at Cooper River Park.  Meet at Tribe at 10am with Warren.  We will be offering this Crossfit Endurance class every Sunday as well as two optional Wod’s to supplement into your regular training during the week.  These Wod’s can be found each week on the website under the “Endurance Wod’s” section.  Please adhere to the programming and rest times between Wod’s. 

Saturday February 26th:  Crossfit Tribe vs. Crossfit 215 semifinal throwdown competition.  A team of ten men and ten women from Tribe will face off against Crossfit 215 for bragging rights.  Event will run from 9am-1pm.  Anyone who wishes to spectate the event, we will be meeting at Tribe at 7:45am and carpooling over to Philly.

Sunday February 27th:  Our very own Liz Wolfe will be hosting a Crossfit Tribe Nutrition Seminar from 3-5pm.  The seminar will offer members informative yet simplified ways to implement a clean, healthy diet into your everyday life.  Tactics for better nourishment, stronger workouts and a healthier life.  Don’t miss it!
