200m Run
300 Wallballs
300 Box Jumps (24/20)
One teammate runs 200m while one teammate does wallballs, the other works on box jumps. Run goes to wallballs, wallball to box jumps, box jumps to run. The WOD is complete when the team has accumulated 300 wallballs and 300 box jumps.
