Lateral Burpees (over parallettes)
 
Complete 10 DB Thrusters, then 2 Lateral Burpees.  8 DB Thrusters, 4 Lateral Burpees.  6 DB Thrusters, 6 Lateral Burpees…
 
EC:  Tabata Plank Hold
