Strength:  Overhead Squat 8-6-4-2

Metcon - For Time:

21-15-9
Burpees
KB Swings (53/35)

*200m run after 21/15/9

EC:  3×20 Good Mornings (45lb bar)

Friday 10/28 WOD:

Strength:  Jerk 1-1-1-1-1 @ 85%

Metcon – 5 Rounds of:

5 Barbell Complex’s -
Deadlift
Power Clean
Thruster

*Choose load for each round, try to increase every round.  Rest no more than 2 minutes between rounds.  Once the complex starts, the barbell may not rest on the ground until all 5 complex’s are completed.
