*One person working at a time, must complete all reps before moving on to next movement.  Keep reps low and transitions fast.

There will only be a 9am session today. Following the 9am WOD we will be moving equipment over to the new gym.  All who would like to help us move, stick around after the WOD or show up at 10am to help out.  Once all the equipment is moved into the new space, we will have drinks and food out and will hang around for a few hours. Come by and join us!!!
