- Monday: 6:00am, 7:00am, 12:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
- Tuesday: 6:00am, 7:00am, 12:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
- Wednesday: 6:00am, 12:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
- Thursday: 6:00am, 7:00am, 12:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
- Friday: 12:00pm, 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am (Intro/Level 1 Session), 10:00am (Levels 1 & 2 Session)
- Sunday: 10:00am (Yoga Class), 11:00-12:30 (Oly Lifting), 11:00am-2:00pm (Open Gym)
- Tuesday and Thursday: 6:30pm
*Wednesday 5:30pm Oly class will run side by side of the regular 5:30pm Crossfit class.
*Saturday 10:00am Level 1 & 2 session will be 3-2-1 go style following a quick instructor led group warmup. There will be no movement instruction prior to workout. All athletes attending must show safety and competency in all movements or will be asked to attend 9am Saturday sessions.
**Olympic Weightlifting is a 2 hour workshop held on the first Wednesday of every month. This workshop is open to all members and all fitness levels. Great opportunity to work on the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.
